PVC plastic film is most commonly used for plastic moldings where it is injected into a mold while molten, forming complex shapes at relatively low cost and high volume, examples include bottle tops, bottles and fittings. It can be used as blister packaging rigid PVC sheets.
The PVC film in the formula is characterized by being prepared through the step of adding the following parts by weight of raw materials into each 100 parts of PVC resin: 20-23 parts of a plastifier, 1.5-2.5 parts of a stabilizer, 1-2 parts of a processing aid, 0.3-0.6 part of an anti-UV agent, and 1-2 parts of an antioxidant. The PVC film has the advantages of being high in strength, good in weather resistance, good in corrosion resistance, good in water resistance and the like.
Features
PVC is one of the most widely used thermoplastic resins. It can be used to make products with high hardness and strength, such as pipes and fittings, profiled doors, windows and packaging sheets. It can also make soft products, such as films, sheets, electrical wires and cables, floorboards and synthetic leather, by addition of plasticizers
