WPC is a new type of environmentally friendly material, which is mixed by wood and plastic, with the texture of wood and the durability of plastic. The production process of WPC mainly includes raw material preparation, mixing, extrusion, cooling, cutting and packaging.

Raw material preparation is the first step in WPC production. The raw materials of WPC mainly include wood flour, plastics, additives and so on. Among them, wood flour is made of wood after crushing, screening and other processes, and plastic is made of polyethylene, polypropylene and other plastic raw materials. Additives include preservatives, antioxidants, pigments, etc., used to improve the performance and beauty of WPC.

Mixing is the process of mixing wood flour, plastic and additives in a certain proportion. The purpose of mixing is to make the various raw materials fully integrated to form a uniform mixture, ready for the subsequent extrusion process.

Then, extrusion is the process of squeezing the mixed raw materials through the extruder. The extruder heats the mixed raw material to a certain temperature to make it soft, and then extrudes it through the mold. The extruded wood-plastic board has a certain shape and size, but it also needs to be cooled and cut.

Then, cooling is the process of placing the extruded WPC on a cooling rack for natural cooling. The purpose of cooling is to quickly cool the WPC, make its shape and size stable, and avoid problems such as deformation and cracking.

Cutting and packaging is the process of cutting and packaging the cooled WPC. Cutting is to cut the wood-plastic board in accordance with a certain size, so that it meets the requirements of customers. Packaging is the cutting of wood plastic board for packaging, in order to facilitate transportation and sales.

The production process of WPC includes raw material preparation, mixing, extrusion, cooling, cutting and packaging. These links cooperate with each other to complete the production process of WPC, providing people with an environmentally friendly, beautiful and durable new material.

Polyvinyl Chloride, referred to as PVC, is one of the industrialized plastic varieties, the current output is second only to polyethylene. Polyvinyl chloride has been widely used in industry, agriculture and daily life. Polyvinyl chloride is a polymer compound polymerized by vinyl chloride. It’s thermoplastic. White or light yellow powder.It is soluble in ketones, esters, tetrahydrofurans and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Excellent chemical resistance. Poor thermal stability and light resistance, more than 100℃ or long time exposure to sunlight began to decompose hydrogen chloride, plastic manufacturing needs to add stabilizer. Electric insulation is good, will not burn.

Grade S-700 is mainly used to produce transparent sheets, and can be rolled into  rigid and semi-rigid sheets for package, floor material, hard film for lining (for candy wrapping paper or cigarette packing film), etc. It can also be extruded to hard or semi-hard film, sheet, or irregularly shaped bar for package. Or it can be injected to make joints, valves, electric parts, auto accessories and vessels.
