Applications
*SG-1is used in producing high-grade electrical insulating material

Packaging

For hard PVC shrinkable film, it is best to use suspension type 6 or 7 resin, although in wire and cable connection with the shrinkable film, the resistivity of the body is not as high as 2 or 3 resin, but 7 resin molding, production practice has proved that the use of 2 or 3 resin, it is difficult to form, hard PVC shrinkable film production hard and brittle, can not be folded and rolled.
When plasticizer is used, the thermal shrinkage temperature decreases with the increase of plasticizer content. For example, the use of suspending type 3 PVC tree fat powder, adding DOP plasticizer of30-50 PHR, can be biaxial tensile at about 70℃, and its products can shrink at about 40℃, unable to be preserved in hot days. Moreover, with the increase of plasticizer content, the body resistivity of the heat-shrinkable sleeve for wire and cable decreases. Therefore, when we use PVC heat-shrinkable sleeve for wire and cable joints, we still use type 6 or 7 resins which are easy to process. In order to improve the insulation, we use the heat stabilizer combined with three salts and two salts and appropriately improve the film thickness to ensure the insulation. P83 nitrile rubber has good machinability, elasticity, cold resistance, and can improve the strength, improve the stress cracking resistance of PVC products. Active CaCO3 mainly improves the insulation and flame retardancy of products and reduces the cost.
