The WPC combines the water resistance and stability of an LVT while being as easy to install as a laminate floor

The addition of cork and EVA pads gives better foot feel and sound insulation compared to the LVT’s latch floor.

The WPC is made of all-green materials, which are more environmentally friendly than laminate flooring.

1. Composition

WPC: Wood Plastic Composition=LVT Layer + WPC Core

2. Advantages of WPC

3. Several issues that need attention in the communication between WPC and customers

(1) Because the LVT layer of WPC is generally only 1.5mm thick, the plate grain should be relatively flat as far as possible. Do not do hand grip and Classic slate (SLATE), and the rate of pressing and sticking defective products will be very high.

(2) The cost of 6.0MM wood-plastic layer is 1.8 dollars higher per square meter than that of 5M wood-plastic layer

(4) For the size of WPC, some may mention that the width of 143mm is needed, which is also the width of our products in the past. However, after testing and mass production experience, the loss of 143mm is relatively large, so it is changed to 146mm, less wear means lower cost.

(5) When preparing the WPC sample, especially when the whole piece of sample is needed, please be sure to assemble it by yourself to see if there is any problem. Some samples in the early stage are defective, so it is OK to make small samples, but the whole piece may have problems such as height difference and inclined head seam when assembled, so please be sure to confirm before sending. Otherwise, the effect will be even worse.
