The mainl composition of PVC cable material mainly includes: polyvinyl chloride resin, dioctyl phthalate, stabilizer, plasticizer, inorganic filler, filler, lubricant, antioxidant, colorant, etc., prepared by mixing and kneading and extrusion.

Plasticizer content is usually between 50PHR and 60PHR. Often choose heat resistance and electrical insulation performance of excellent plasticizer in order to better improve heat resistance can be added to trioctyl metapentriacid. A variety of plasticizers used together usually have the best effect. In fact, plasticizers in the PVC cable material formula are also used together. PVC cable material with strong insulation can choose phosphate ester as the main agent, and benzoate ester as the main agent is suitable for general grade. The heat resistance and volatile resistance of plasticizer are decisive factors for the high temperature resistance of cable materials.
